MEET THE TEAM
"For the past 12 years I have worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist. I have been lucky enough that my work has taken me to all different parts of the globe. From L.A to Ibiza, The Bahamas to Monte Carlo, I regularly work on Magazine Shoots, Commercials and on TV.
I have worked with various Celebrities including, Caprice, Jonathan Ross, Sophie Anderton and Luisa Zissman to name a few.
I have always been passionate about Makeup and love my job, but wanted to add a new string to my bow. So more recently decided to train as a Permanent Makeup Artist. I have always been a people's person and consider no job too big or too small.
With my vast experience and great eye for detail, I hope you feel I am The Permanent Makeup Artist for you." Helen
What is Permanent Make up?
Permanent Makeup is a form of tattooing that gives a natural to more defined/dramatic look depending on what the client wishes to be achieved.
It is permanent, but does fade over time. Unlike traditional tattoos, it only penetrates the top layers of the skin so it is advised to top up every year - 18 months to refresh the colour.
Hygiene and safety is paramount and the highest safety standards are always followed. Sterile 'single use' needles and high quality pharmaceutical grade pigments are used. A patch test is also carried out before the day of the treatment. Topical anaesthetic is also used and most clients say they feel no discomfort.
It is a great treatment for all ages, busy lifestyles, sporty types and perfect for that beach holiday when wearing and applying makeup is an inconvenience.
